Women in abusive relationships, stay in abusive relationships for fear, shame, loneliness and lack of community. To solve this, we created WOMDOME, an app that unites women in abusive relationships, giving them a safe space to share and relate, empower each other out of their own shame and vulnerability find strength in each other's stories. You are not alone. 1. Safe space - A board to talk and share stories without judgment. 2. Make goal lists. 3. When ready points to professionals that can help. Women feel isolated in the abuse, Women who have doubts, Women that need help organizing their life, Women that are ashamed and fearful. Joel is a 35-year-old mother, she has been in an abusive relationship for the past 4 years. She feels alone and ashamed of sharing her story with her loved ones for fear of judgment.

Throughout history, violence against women is often overlooked or ignored. A major contributing factor is that violence against women is under-reported, often due to societal norms, taboos, stigma, and the subject's sensitive nature.

**User needs** a safe space to communicate and find the strength to leave abusive relationships BECAUSE I suspect they stay in abusive relationships out of fear, shame, loneliness, and lack of a support system.
We believe that by creating a safe space for women in abusive relationships, we will design a platform to help them during the abusive relationship.
We will know this truth when we see what factors keep the victims in an abusive relationship.

**User interviews** were conducted with 8 people, from which 4 were still in domestic violence households. In the research, the main objective was to find why they couldn't leave.
